TopChat AI Service Agreement

 

The "TopChat AI" subscription service is a paid value-added service. You must fully agree to all the following terms of service and complete the payment before you can enjoy the relevant services.

 

1. General

"TopChat AI" users refer to users who are willing to accept the "TopChat AI" user agreement and use the "TopChat AI" service under the provisions of the "TopChat AI" related usage specifications.

The "TopChat AI" subscription service is a paid value-added service provided by the "TopChat AI". After the user pays the relevant fees to the "TopChat AI", they can enjoy various services specifically provided for them.

 

2. Service fees

The "TopChat AI" will provide different discounts according to the user's purchase method and month. The specific discount information is subject to the content on the payment page. The service period of this service is subject to the period you choose and pay the corresponding service fee.

"TopChat AI" has the right to adjust the fee standard at any time according to the actual situation. For any adjustments to the "TopChat AI" service fee standard, the "TopChat AI" will be publicized at least one month in advance and will take effect on the agreed date. Users who purchased the service according to the original tariff standard before the agreed date will not affect their qualifications and services during the period of purchase before the tariff adjustment, and do not need to pay the difference; users who pay after the agreed date and purchase paid services should Pay in accordance with the updated tariff standard.

Users should confirm the updated and revised service terms published by "TopChat AI" during the publicity period. For changes to service terms and service fees, users have the right to make the following choices:

3. Service content

"TopChat AI" will provide members with a variety of exclusive value-added membership services.

"TopChat AI" has the right to adjust the service content at any time according to the actual situation.

 

Fourth, the opening and termination of the service

You should use Apple in-app payment (IAP payment, in-app purchase) to activate this service after paying a certain fee as agreed. After this service is activated, it cannot be transferred or unsubscribed.

You may not activate this service for yourself or others in any of the following ways:

Open this service for yourself or others for non-personal use purposes such as profit, business, etc.;

Open this service for yourself or others through any program or software method such as any robot software, spider software, crawler software, screen swiping software, etc.;

Use any improper means or violate the principle of good faith to open this service for yourself or others;

Activate this service for yourself or others through methods other than those specified by "TopChat AI";

Activate this service for yourself or others by infringing on the "TopChat AI" or the legal rights of others;

Use other methods that violate relevant laws, administrative regulations, national policies, etc. to open this service for yourself or others.

 

5. Service period

The service period of this service is subject to the period you choose and pay the corresponding service fee. You can also log in to the App Store or the corresponding page of this service to inquire.

 

6. The rights and obligations of users

Users can enjoy the corresponding value-added services of "TopChat AI" during the validity period of the payment.

The user can voluntarily terminate the service during the validity period of the payment, but does not receive a refund of the relevant fees for the remaining validity period.

The user shall bear the legal responsibility for the production, distribution and dissemination of information through the "TopChat AI". The user's use of the "TopChat AI" service, including free services and value-added services, shall abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.

 

7. Rights and Obligations

The "TopChat AI" is obliged to ensure the smoothness of paid services. When a technical failure causes the provision of paid services to hinder, the "TopChat AI" should eliminate the fault as soon as possible.

"TopChat AI" informs and announces paid users through various methods such as "TopChat AI" system notifications, SMS notifications, and email notifications.

"TopChat AI" does not assume any responsibility for the interruption of paid services or other defects caused by force majeure, but will do its best to reduce the loss and impact caused to paying users.

If a user deliberately commits an act that harms the legitimate rights and interests of users of the "TopChat AI", "TopChat AI" or paid users while using the "TopChat AI" service or the "TopChat AI" paid service, the "TopChat AI" has the right to cancel the The user's paid user qualifications without any compensation, and reserves the right to further pursue the legal responsibility for this behavior.

If the user violates the laws and regulations of the People¡¯s Republic of China while using the "TopChat AI" service or the paid service of the "TopChat AI", the "TopChat AI" has the right to cancel the user's paid user qualification without any compensation. 8. Declaration of automatic renewal service

9. Other

The interpretation, validity and dispute resolution of these terms of service are applicable to the laws of the Mainland of the People¡¯s Republic of China.

The legal disputes caused by the user's behavior of using the software have nothing to do with the "TopChat AI".

"TopChat AI" can follow the different stages of the development of "TopChat AI", with the continuous enrichment of management experience, and for the purpose of maintaining the order of software use, these terms can be continuously improved.

All paying users of "TopChat AI" must complete and agree to all the content of this clause.
